Butlers Tree Service

I am a little slow at writing this review however I wanted to Thank Jon for his fantastic work on pruning my tree in early January. Pricing was reasonable and pruning was perfectly preformed. Everything I wanted done in a timely manor. Jon mentioned to me my tree species had a tendency of breaking when not trimmed and my tree was in need of some loving care. Thank you Jon and Butler Tree Service. (Side Humorous note: City notified me today that the tree will be removed in the coming weeks for beautification. I guess I jumped the gun on wanting to trim my tree. Well thanks again.)

5 Stars just isn't enough...OUTSTANDING quality, Jon and the crew did an amazing job. I had to leave while they were working. I came home and EVERYTHING was picked up, every branch and leaf raked. They even took the time to clean my deck off.. i wasn't expecting that! GREAT value... his bid for the job was right in the middle of my other 3 bids. He had all the insurance needed. Again all debris and the mess was cleaned up, well surpassing my expectations! Professional, responsive and on time... can't say enough about the communication. He showed up for original estimate and the day of service as promised. Communications with the office were always prompt. All invoicing and payment was also as promised. Butler’s was amazing to work with, from the first phone call to me writing this review. The crew was very professional, friendly & courteous. Jon and his crew deserve more than 5 stars! From the beginning the communication was prompt, getting an estimate was within a few days, and shortly after our work was scheduled. We had about 20 trees removed, everything was done with safety in mind, they were fast, efficient and clean up was phenomenal! I have recommended Butler's Tree Service to friends and family and will continue to do so. A+++
