Sam and Noah worked on our door installation. It was a very large heavy door and it looks beautiful and the install was seamless. They were very thorough and made sure everything was installed correctly. Sam was great at showing us how the process worked and answered any questions. I also appreciate that he made sure the door would fit before they unloaded it. Were were replacing a transom for a larger door and really hoping it would fit. We have had so many compliments and we absolutely love our new door! Thanks again so much, highly recommend!

Recently had custom doors installed by Butterfield Remodeling, not sure what the negative reviews are about because Clint, the owner is one of the most professional contractors I’ve ever done business with. He was quick on his feet! From the measurement to the installation, we were blown away! He Made contact, scheduled a measurement, and from there it was an amazing experience. Clint not only completed the installation quickly, he explained things every step of the way.. you could tell he is very experienced in the business! I will recommend to anyone, great quality work!

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my exterior door install with Home Depot because unfortunately this company is their only option. Not only is it difficult to get in contact with them to be scheduled, but when you do finally make contact they're rude! Dawn gave me a call to schedule a measurement, on the voicemail she said she would be in the office until noon. I gave her a call back around 10am, she didn't answer so I left a message. I never got a call back that day. Today she called me at 9am, I missed her call but I called her back 5 minutes later and she did not pick up. Since I had a meeting coming up in the next 30 minutes I wanted to try and reach her before then since I knew I would be unavailable. Clint came out and measured for a new balcony door which was different than the one that was on with a huge gap! And weatherstriped for year and half! Came today and did a superb job!!! Couldn't be happier!!! 5 star all around with Clint and partner and this company!!! Thanks again!!! Now I can paint my kitchen light blue!!!

I will note that my experience with Butterfield was several years ago, but I'm looking to do another door install and will not consider Lowe's due to the awful experience I had ordering from there and dealing with Butterfield. First, they didn't measure my backdoor correctly before ordering. So after waiting months for it to arrive, it showed up and wouldn't fit. The young man installing it cussed and complained the entire time before finally leaving with the door smashed into place. A second employee was scheduled to come out and replace the door when the new one arrived. This employee left gaping holes in the sides of my house...as a young, single woman at the time, I did not feel comfortable to stop the employee or tell him the job was unacceptable. At that point, I just wanted him out
