We paid for removal and install of new flooring. No prep work was done to contain the dust or mess from the removal, a wall was chipped and molding on doorways were damaged. The install was done with little to no care, corners of the planks were left chipped(but don't worry, they will color some of them in hoping you don't notice), visible cut marks, uneven planks and overall no care for the materials we paid for. Our home was left an absolute mess, our heating vents full of debris(which we spent much time cleaning, with young children in our home) and we had to spend hours cleaning after the installer(the store manager) was finished. We are now in our 3rd month of trying to get them back to fix the sub-par work, with multiple phone calls not returned. This business certainly does not prid

Very poor service. They came on August 1st 2025 to set up an estimate and never heard from them again. Would not recommend.

Carpet I ordered was unavailable, had to choose new one. New carpet installed over old carpet. Door wouldn't close, even the installer said the carpet and door were very tight. The carpet separated almost immediately. Door wouldn't shut, carpet was almost ripped out. Called multiple times, no response, kept passing me on. Went there in person, a young man finally came over and fixed it, hopefully. Will never go back, very poor installers, very bad customer service. Once they have your money that's it..

Great prices on quality flooring with excellent friendly service. I appreciate not having to go in search of help like at most big box stores. I was greeted on arrival and received full attention and prompt response to my questions. Refreshing.
