A friend of mine had work done they did a good job but afterwards she heard gargling coming from shower so at that time the line was backing up you work dont have no reason to go in basement so you wash and dry clothes the weekend to go in your basement its flooded water backing up and its sewage a real mess she call buzz the guy she spoke with was very unprofessional and disrespectful told her that's not they problem I told her to call my lawyer I was house sitting during the work process you have 3 and 4 guys running in and out and a kid even doing work im sure he's not a certified plumber but he was working the moral is the next day they come look in basement then un clogged drain and say it was wipes in there im sure that didn't cause that big problem but they dont mention the green wo

Happy holidays Buzz Duzz Plumbing. This review is long and long overdue. If you live in a very old home a cast iron boiler plumber may be hard to find. In prep for major surgery I wanted to make sure that my house was warm and comfortable during my recovery. It was not last winter. Pockets of cold areas in the radiator system along with a pump that shut off without reason from time to time left the house with such a chill. The pipes connected to a relatively new bolder had started to turn green. And one of my radiators started to leak. None of the plumbers I contacted work with cast iron. Finally i contacted a company that sells radiators and she gave me a list of only 6 companies. I choose Buzz Duzz (what a great name.) Mr Buzz came out and surveyed my entire system like an old veteran. (

Buzz Duzz Plumbing was great! I loved how they are respectful of people’s homes by laying down drop cloth so they don’t get your floors all dirty. They were on time each time, professional and friendly as well. All plumbing issues were resolved. The conversations I had with the plumbers was as if we were friends for a long time!! I would highly recommend their services.

I'm so sorry for taking so long in writing this review. Buzz Duzz Plumbing is phenomenal. They are very professional and know how customers should be treated. They laid down drop clothes throughout my home so that they would not damage my floors and/or get them dirty. My home was built in 1940 and as you can imagine the plumbing throughout my home reflected that. Buzz Duzz gave an old home a new life. I am forever grateful. You won't be disappointed.

The best heating/plumbing pros! My sewer line had a clog and my heater stop working! In the same week! They came in fix both. Very nice and friendly professional service.
