Buzz Electrical provided excellent service - quick, professional, & thorough. They did a great job with the initial work and were incredibly responsive when a hot tub issue arose, coming back promptly to help resolve it. Plus, their pricing was very fair ($2,000 less than what mister Sparky quoted me). Highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable electrical work in the Springdale area.

I had a outdoor GFI tripping on its own every 15 seconds. I called Buzz Electric and visited with a very helpful lady. They scheduled my appointment and called 20 minutes before arrival were even a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. Preston and his apprentice were very helpful and replaced the GFI very quickly. They also answered several other questions that I had. I am extremely pleased with their service and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

They got here when they said they would. Touched bases on what was previously discussed and got right to work. They hit a couple of small (I guess) glitches, but figured them out quickly, and finished up quickly. Preston had a young fellow with him who seemed to be knowledgeable as well and everything was finished up perfectly. I’m REALLY happy with the work, as well as the price!
