This experience was ABSOLUTELY the best!! HUGE shoutout to our crew that made our ideas come true- Dylan Taylor, Holden Honaker, Isaac Coulter and Daniel Richardson. Super efficient, great communication, and courteous. The team was flexible always working to ensure our vision was met. From the beginning to the very end, very pleased and will definitely recommend and will use again for any future projects!! You guys are the best!!! Thank you for making our vision come true!

Huge thank you to Eric, Dalton, Rocky, Carson, Matt, Luke, and everyone at Fay-Ark Lawn! Our backyard used to be a mud pit every time it rained. Grass wouldn’t grow in half the yard because of shade and poor drainage. The guys at Fay-Ark did an awesome job to install drainage system, mulch & flowers, stone walkway, concrete patio, and new sod — it transformed our space and will give us such a nice place to spend time this fall. Communication was timely and the guys were very courteous. It was a little over a month lead time and 1-2 weeks install for a pretty big project. We just got first heavy rain since the work got done — no more mud pit!

Had a great experience with Fay-Ark Lawn. Can’t say enough good things about the install crew lead by Dalton. He along with Rocky, and Cye did a great job, constantly checking in to ensure it was what we wanted. When it was obvious that they might need some extra help he called in Trace, Eric B, and Shawn. They were just as committed to delivering the best quality work and stayed till almost 8pm to complete the job. Make sure every item is spelled out exactly on the quote. We discussed re-routing a downspout out of the flowerbed but it didn’t make it on the quote so it wasn’t done. My mistake.

We had Dylan, Holden, and Will out on our job and they were fantastic! They completely dug out our weed infested beds, added fresh topsoil, new plants, and river rock. We’re so pleased! They truly went above and beyond! I wish we had a before picture so you can see all they accomplished in 1 day.

Dylan, Andrew, and Sawyer redid the landscaping around our pool and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and super communicative. They answered questions, kept us updated, and clearly take pride in their work. The end result looks amazing and completely refreshed the space. We would absolutely hire them again.
