Chris Whisler was very knowledgeable and very helpful and informative on the job he was installing all new piping throughout my entire home ! He always answered the questions and responded to phone calls! I would 100 percent recommend them for any plumbing issues. The entire Buzzell team was amazing! They showed up and got the job done within the time frame quoted! Also, Isaac Mullins came back to hook up my shower and was very professional and helpful ! He knows what he is doing and got the job done in a timely manner! They are a very reliable company! Together they all make a great team .

A faulty grinder pump caused a sewage backup in my basement. Buzzell Plumbing stop the overflow and ordered a replacement pump. It took more than 60 days to get a suitable replacement. In the meantime, Chris had a temporary pump installed and kept me informed of the replacement status. I am grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me by Chris and Cassie. Another outstanding service call for a pretty big commercial repair and restoration. I called amd initially spoke with Kaitlyn who was very polite and professional on the phone. She scheduled my service call for two days later as it was not anything urgent. The technician was Isaac and he had another guy with him but I did not catch his name. Both of these guys were incredibly professional and polite. After getting to the job site early to meet me ( I was actually a couple of minutes late), Issac quickly diagnosed each issue, made recommendations, figured out parts needed and gave me a clear, fair quote.
