Walked in this morning looking for assistance with a dryer repair. The owner was very responsive to my concerns. After consulting with him for my specific dryer issues. Dryer had power and heat but would not tumble. He guided me to the appropriate parts I would need for the repair and explained the whole process thoroughly! I recommend B&W appliance repair for everyone and anyone looking for sales, service or help with a DIY project. I can’t thank them enough!!! My dryer stopped...well...drying. I went to the shop and Hank gave me the piece that he thought I would need to fix the dryer and explained how to do it. I went home and it didn't work. Come to find out my dryer was over 30 years old. RIP...she was a trooper. I have been shopping here for years, even under previous management so I went back to get a new dryer and ended up getting new washer too...both front loaders for a great price! Hank is honest and knowledgeable and they will not steer you wrong. The delivery guys are amazing as well. Shop small businesses. Shop local.

Very helpful, I needed a part and they went above and beyond! While browsing I noticed the appliances were a good quality for a fair price. Definitly recommend coming here for your appliance needs! Service and assistance like this is old school, and hard to find. I feel good spending money locally where I know its appreciated and can trust the quality.

These guys were overall respectful. I told them what happened to my washer and they were able to have the parts to fix it. Though I did fix it myself with the parts they provided because I wanted to. They didn't have met wait long at all. I would recommend them to any one I know. I will also use them again. Thank you for great customer service
