B&W Cabinets and Millwork

We have been working with B&W cabinets for a little while now and have found that they do such a wonderful job! Our customers continue to do business with us and specifically ask for Kevin to build their cabinets again for another space. They are always helpful and responsive to not only us as a client, but as well to our customers. They always go above and beyond expectation to provide the best service possible. If I could give this Company zero stars I would. I've been in communication with the sales department for at least 8 weeks. I sent detailed images, measurements, a drawing, and descriptions of what I wanted. They provided a preliminary quote. Then, it took them 3 weeks to have someone come out for the final measure. I patiently waited. After that, they promised they would have the drawings in a week. Yet 2 more weeks went by. I had to reach out to follow up. They gave an excuse. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was promised they would get me the drawings by Monday. Then they called on Monday to tell me they did not have the drawings ready and that my job was "not a priority" And "would be pushed to the back of the line." So basically, they strung me along for almost 2 months only t

B&W Cabinets and Millwork provided my wife and I excellent customer service on several occasions. We have had their cabinets installed throughout our house since the early 1990s, which by the way are still in excellent condition. My wife wanted concealed (Mortise) hinges installed in over 30 raised panel doors. Even though they usually work directly with building contractors, they were very willing and adaptable with helping us out. They were very courteous and clearly explained to us that our cabinet panels would be worked in to their schedule to not disrupt their scheduled orders . If you are in need of quality cabinets, I recommend them 100%.

Great company to work with, extremely happy with the way our cabinets look. We got to work with them through our developer and had a great experience, really solid and quality custom cabinet. Also the delivery/installation crew were great. I will definitely do business again with them in the future.

B&W Cabinets has excellent customer service. Very help full cabinet tech Jay came to my house to take care of warranty work and he was so kind and respectful. Megan who I spoke with on the phone for scheduling was very courteous and kind. I would recommend them 100%.
