BW Land Services did a great job excavating and re sculpting our unmowable areas and were very reasonable! We had so much invasive overgrowth in our front yard. Ben and Crew were so easy to work with and got us back to a blank slate for landscaping and mowing. They removed stumps and roots, took down steep and uneven areas, seeded the lawn areas, set massive stone steps and replaced a collapsed culvert. Also dug out 100 year old steps and foundation that I want to restore and brought in some stone to get us started. I want to do my own planting, walkways and flower beds but they did all the hard stuff for substantially less than the others in Cadillac area. Check out a few photos of the before and after

Ben did a phenomenal job putting in a very difficult driveway (100 yards up the side of a very steep hill, with lots of trees). We aren't exactly local, so we couldn't be there to see all the progress as it happened, but Ben took our requests and made great decisions along the way to get us what we wanted, and stay within budget, and on time. You can't get any better than that.

Ben has done an incredible job on my mom and her sister’s property’s. He communicates clearly and timely, and the work is above and beyond! He is honest, dependable, and thorough. He even followed up quickly on a spur of the moment additional job we needed done.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Ben. Our lawn was a mess from having to hook up to City sewer last November. He kept us informed through the whole job and was amazing to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the job he did. We have gotten compliments from the neighbors about how good our lawn looks. We will definitely hire him again for other projects we have.

Ben is very fast and he does professional work. He is very reasonable priced. My yard looked so good after he came and mowed my 8 acre yard and it looked amazing!
