Tim at ByCom does excellent work. We had a broken torsion spring and a damaged door that still worked but wasn't great. Tim gave us a range of ideas rather than trying to sell us on the most expensive option. We went with a new door and he installed it perfectly. His work is meticulous. I definitely recommend going with ByCom!

my garage door opener broke and I needed a new one. I bought one at Menards and it was looking for someone to install it. I got Tim from Bycom to come over and he told me I didn’t need a new one, and that just the chain needed to be fixed and I needed new pulleys. He saved me $375 from what I thought I was going to spend. Meticulous work and a very good price.

I recommend you use ByCom for all your service & installation needs! I called for an estimate for repairs to an old spring/pulley system garage door & Tim arrived in just a couple of hours! The price he quoted was substantially less than I would have guessed & he was able to complete the job later that week on a schedule that worked for me! The job was more time consuming than he originally thought but stuck to the estimate price even after I offered to pay more! I won't call anyone else!
