Byron Heating Air Conditioning

When he put our air unit in 5 or so years ago, he had to come out 3 times in the 1st couple of months. Our unit has had nothing but trouble since it was put in! He said our unit didn’t have a warranty so we’re stuck just repairing it as it breaks. Can’t wait until we can afford a new unit and just throw this piece of trash away! Never use this company!

Beware do not use. Does not stand by work. Had $6000.00 heat pump unit installed. Unit lost pressure after only 1 year and Byron heating and Air wanted to charge us 70.00 per hour to find possible leak. They installed the whole unit. I do not recommend using this company without buying a Costco sized container of Vasoline first

Didnt show up or call for first appointment. Came the next day ONLY after he finished another job. Failed to fix leak and the first thing out of his mouth was "it's going to get expensive ". Clogged drain pipe!!! Half what he charged including service call. Stay away!!!!!

Always reliable. Honest. Quick to respond regardless of day or time. He came out on a Sunday evening and fixed the air. I would recommend him to anyone needing heat or air service.

very polite but dishonest ,does not know what he is doing ,once repaired equipment should not break down for years ,keeps breaking down and he keeps billing for repair .does not own up ,poor quality work .
