Always excellent service; they keep you informed of your appointment via email and text message along with tracking when the tech is to arrive at your house. Always very friendly and courteous. Very fair and reasonably priced. David came out to do routine inspection and maintenance on our AC as we have a yearly maintenance contract and everything was great. He has been out before and has always a pleasure to work with.

Byrum Heating & A/C is always on time and gives updates prior to arrival. We have our annual maintenance agreement with them and they always take the time to go over what they found. Our technician for the spring maintenance was David, who was extra thorough in going through what he saw and recommended some things to keep our system running efficiently. We will continue to use Byrum for all of our routine service and repairs.

Justin was great to work with. He is honest and did not make us feel pressured. Mike and his partner were very professional and did a great job on the installation as well as the cleanup. I would highly recommend this company as opposed to a large corporation.

The gentleman who arrived for my complimentary maintenance on my new Byrum system was courteous and professional and did an excellent job in checking my system and explaining the process he took to check the system and confirm items like the wiring was up to date for new regulations. Cory was nice and professional. He gave me his expertise regarding my heat & air system in terms that I could understand. A great experience. He recommended a reasonal add on that would prolong the life of my system. No pressure service.
