Love Well & Water Works

I have had problems with my well water for a while: yellow substance, clogged filters, no pressure, no reliability, etc., and one day the water in my 160 ft-deep well disappeared completely. Additionally, my neighbor also lost water during the same week in January 2026. I’ve contacted six well-drilling companies in the Monroe area. They all suggested drilling a new well (a starting fee of $10K plus 6 weeks waiting period). I’ve been in contact with Lowe Well Water Works for a quote; it was the only company in the Union County area to have proposed re-drilling much deeper to find water for my old well and work with me on the budget. After the repair well permit ($100) was procured, 4 weeks later, due to unexpected cold weather in NC and availability constraints, my well was drilled deeper.

I made a call on a Saturday afternoon, and Ainsley got me into the schedule for Monday morning. I had a low water pressure issue in our well, and Micah/Sam arrived on time to investigate. They quickly realized the issue was most likely in the line at or above the pump 300ft below ground. Not having the equipment they needed to pull the line out of the ground they said they would return in a few hrs once the equipment was freed up off another job. Returning a few hrs later with Ryan added to the crew, they made quick work of getting to the source of the pressure issue. Without any up selling they offered a quick solution. Several large companies quoted me almost 10x, to fully replace, what Justin and his guys were able to simply repair. We had a well pump failure just as the ice storm started two weeks ago. Justin’s guys were there on Monday, driving through the icy conditions to get our water back on. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. The price for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend Love Well & Water Works!

Highly recommend. Came same day I called. Had to pull well plump out. I couldn't do it by myself. They were helpful and within a couple of hours everything was fixed and had water.
