Outstanding. Knowledgeable, kind, and professional! This mom & pop business defines Real Customer Service. Learning how to start & maintain a body of water like a pool/spa/hot tub can be intimidating when it comes to using all the chemicals correctly. The fine folks at BZ were absolutely exemplary in their willingness & patience in explaining it all to me, and fielding my thousands of questions. They have a wide range of products to chose from, and competitive pricing, as well. Hats off to this great Mom & Pop business, who implement true customer service!!

Brian and Doreen are the best! Professional, knowledgeable and down right some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They have always gone above and beyond for me with my pool. They never try to sell you something you don't need. Always my choice.

They are a Hayward dealer and when I called about a warranty claim, I spoke to a very rude person who refused to assist with a warranty issue on a product they sell. I attempted to explain that Hayward advised me to contact my closest dealer, however the female on the phone preferred to belittle me rather than point me in the right direction. No business skills at this location, I would suggest you look elsewhere for Hayward products.
