Have had deliveries multiple times over the years and during that time frame I've come to know Mike as friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I believe he loves his job, reason being because he is a positive person. That in itself is a true measure of one's commitment of service. As others have commented on these reviews, Mike goes above and beyond and has awesome communication skills. My latest delivery tells confirms this statement. I wasn't around the day that Mike delivered my loom and for some reason (wind), my tarp that I set down in my driveway for him to dump the loom on blew away from the heavy wind gusts.
