C & A Cleaning

Angela and her amazing cleaning crew are professional and hard working. I have used C & A cleaning for the past few years to come in and clean my shops. They do an excellent job every time. They make sure it stays clean and looks great. I look forward to continue doing business with C & A Cleaning for years to come.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! Be sure to take pictures of every room after you have cleaned!! I personally spent at least 17 hours over 2 days cleaning my son and his roomates' apartment the end of June, 2025. I even took the covers off of the wall heaters and vacuumed all the dust out, vacuumed the water heater closet and cleaned the water heater off, on my hands and knees cleaning the floors, cleaned every baseboard, behind the fridge, etc. and so on, did everything I could possibly think of because I know what property managers expect and will possibly try to claim wasn't cleaned. My son received the breakdown of deductions from the deposit.......C&A charged for 15 hours of cleaning, over $500, and almost every possible box on the cleaning list was either D for dirty, or VD for very dirty. C&A cleaning always does an amazing job! I’m a property manager in Chico and we call C&A to clean our vacant units before move ins. Angela always saves the day (especially when I schedule last minute cleanings) and her crew does a fantastic job leaving our units spotless! We hired C and A cleaning through a recommendation from our apartment complex for our move-out cleaning. On the agreed upon day and time the cleaners showed up to the apartment and refused to clean on that day because we also had a carpet cleaning service in there as well. C and A cleaning knew ahead of time that we planned to have a carpet cleaner in there at that day and time, and they said it should not be an issue. They also claimed that there was too much trash in the apartment to clean, but the only items in the apartment were a bicycle and an end table in the living room that I was in the process of moving out as they showed up. We received an itemized list of the cleaning charges from C&A Cleaning that incurred when we moved out of our apartment. We were charged for 6.75 hours of cleaning that was inaccurate and dishonest. Four of us spent several hours cleaning the apartment upon moving out. We cleaned everything on the checkout list and then some. All walls including outlets (living room, bedroom, bathroom, closets, kitchen, and dining) were vacuumed and wiped down and baseboards vacuumed and then wiped. Additionally the shelves and rods in the closets were vacuumed and cleaned. All blinds were vacuumed and wiped down.
