I was given a call back by an extremely abrasive man who upon reaching a hurdle exclaimed multiple times "we just won't lay your floor" (I have tile floor that can not be taken out because of asbestos, and I don't own the building) and when I asked why so that I could possibly find a solution, he condescendingly told me why. I came up with a solution, and asked the price for exactly what I wanted, and he went into a long description of why it was going to be so expensive, even though it's a basic install, and then quoted me at $19-$20,000 for a 1000 sq foot kitchen. I would happily pay this, as I paid $14,000 for the dining room at the same sq. Footage, however I would not have this company lay me a floor for $1.25. Excellent job. Punctual, professional, meticulous . Crew was very thorough and took care of the work area. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend.
