One of your drivers almost hit me I honked letting him know I was there thinking maybe he didn’t see me and using No directional proceeding push the truck in almost hitting me to cut me off then proceeded to drive reckless. Maybe train your crew how to drive safely. I would never recommend this business because they could care less about their Comminuty. I have dash cam as well thank the lord because there almost was a multiple accidents.

I don’t know who is handing out contracts in Pawtucket. Whoever it is should be relieved of their duties. Benefit st is trashed. First they fill in the dirt with little to no compacting so it settled and left 6-8” deep trenches. Then they paved over that and you have a 300ft long wash board. How that work passed inspection?

The city of Pawtucket hired this company to dig new water mains on some of the streets, and they literally just broke the water main in front of my house while digging for the new one. I then observed five of your guys standing around while two worked to get the water out of the trench. You had one job to do.

We are waiting to see what will happen, as when they did the work for SCG on our property, we ended up with a bill for car repair due to debris left in our driveway, which caused rock to get caught in the tire rim. Complicated story, but hopefully they will pay the cost of the repairs. We have filled out the form they sent with documentation and are waiting for their response. All could have been avoided with better communication about exactly what the work would entail, and a suggestion to move cars the night before if needed in the morning. Or even someone saying, when we told them that we needed to use the driveway that morning "let me clear it so it's safe to drive over"..... Otherwise pleasant hard working people.

You should see their staging area in pawtucket. Bad soil piled up right next to a residence. Also no porter Johns so employees pee wherever they want. Bristol would never put up with this mess . Their place in Bristol doesn't have any of this. It's a shame that the city of pawtucket puts them before their residences. Terrible.
