If ConEd shut your building's gas off - call Controlled Combustion! We suffered a gas shutdown - on a Friday, in October when temperatures were beginning to fall. All our heat and hot water had been switched to gas as part of LL97 compliance. So there was no backup fuel source/supply. Controlled Combustion expertly and swiftly responded. They were able to pull permits, complete repairs, pre-inspect all apartments and correct any in-unit issues, and submit the corrections to ConEd in their 5-day window. Our gas shutdown was limited to one week, thanks to Controlled Combustion's management of the crisis. They kept a bad situation from becoming catastrophic for us.
