David and his team did an outstanding job on demolishing the structures on my property after a fire and squatters. It was overwhelming for me but they took care of every detail, including the required permits. Now I have a perfectly clean lot and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend C&C Demolition Services.

C&C did a great job demoing several garages, slabs, footings and blacktop. They gave me the best price, they were professional and kept showing up until the job was done. I was glad I used a company that has the right equipment for my job.

This guy, truck #855, drives like a mindless idiot. Speed is so inconsistent—usually a sign of someone on their phone. We passed each other multiple times all the while I’m on steady cruise control. He doesn’t use his signal when changing lanes. Keep right except to pass seems to be an afterthought. He forced me to pass him on the right at one occasion. Other times I’d find him just hovering on the edge of my blind spot as he just sits in the left lane. Jus’ sayin’…

You literally can't do a better job than C&C Demolition did for me. I had a casita, carport and block wall that needed demolition and GIANT tree stump that had to be removed fro the middle of the yard. The price was more than fair. C&C did the job on time, on budget and were great communicators. The excavator operator is a surgeon. He managed to get it all demolished without touching the main house which was less than 2 feet away. It's like the casitam wall and tree were never there. I'll likely never have to knock down a house again, but if I do, I know I'll be calling David Tarin at C&C first thing.
