C & C Parking Lot Corp

I parked here earlier this morning and booked through spot hero. The attendant is extremely rude. And then when it’s time to take my car, i was charged an additional $5. When I asked why, the attendant said it was because of my car (i have a compact SUV). And when I asked why he didn’t tell me that before, he said he will not give the car unless i pay the $5. I was just asking but was approached with this kind of attitude and rudeness. Ive been using valet parking throughout NYC and this is my worst parking experience.

Very personable employees, and the facility is ran well. The garage has cameras everywhere, so no need to worry too much about your vehicle.

The over night attendant is so rude. Every time we go and get our car there’s always a problem. When we try and talk with him all he says is “call the manager” in a very nasty tone. Please avoid this place at all costs. We pay a lot of money the least they could do is provide good service.

Had a great customer experience parking with C&C. I received excellent service from both the valet attendants and the manager while I had a monthly lease. Parking and retrieving your vehicle is super easy - they always took great care of my car and had it waiting for me when I let them know I would be by to pick it up. Price for monthly parking is affordable and better than any other lots in the area as well. Overall 5/5 customer experience - if my circumstances hadn't changed and I was still in the area I would definitely still be parking with them.

I've used this parking lot several times. For alternate street parking they have a special $5, you have to get your vehicle before 12p or its full price. $15 for 12 hrs, $20 for 24 hrs. Yes they do up charge on snow days $20 for 12 hrs, $30 for 25 hrs. But its worth it. Beats shoveling your car out. For the person who reviewed that they had to clean off their own car, that wasn't my experience. They definitely cleaned off my car. The reviews claiming staff is rude, I never experienced that. They used to close between 2am and 6am, now they're 24hrs. I would give 5 stars but they only take cash. Which sucks. It's 2021, get a machine to take cards! They do have an atm, buy who wants to pay just to get their own money? When you accept cards, I'll change my rating.
