Chad was knowledgeable and responsive, and provided very competitive pricing for good systems (I compared his to two other companies'). We had two heat pumps installed, one of them in a challenging location. There were two minor hiccups, in which Chad's crews promptly resolved them successfully. I would recommend C&G.
