I brought a 3 zone valve controller. I needed a 4 zone. I can understand no returns but they also don't do exchanges either. the lady there was very nice but, the man was very rude as if i did something wrong to him.

Absolute garbage plumbing supply with no inventory and overpriced items on the ones they have. Dont go here. You will be wasting your time.

Shop online atlest you can return plus its cheaper, they are nice to sell, rud if need to exchange or returns.
