C J's Heating & Air Conditioning Of SWFL Inc.

We have been using C.J.'s since 2009, They have been our go to for routine Maintenance and service as well as a complete new Install of an AC unit in 2020. They have always been professional, prompt and willing to work with us on any issues. We recently had a service tech. Rossano , find and repair a problem that had been previously missed , he was excellent. Christie has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Thank you for continued good treatment.

I have had CJ's take care of my a/c systems for the last 10 years. My experience has been great until the last few months. I waited 3 weeks for a new a/c and now am waiting for the 8th day for a new a/c fan. Both times I called many times for an update. I was told Christy orders the parts and would call me. Every time I have called she is out of the office and I was told she would call when she returns. Never during this period has she returned a phone call. I have no idea what my situation is, when parts will be available, or when my repair will be completed. This is not a professional way to handle a customer.

Highly recommend CJ's they were the second a/c company I called the first company wont say there name said the unit had a bad control board and the parts were a week out, also he suggested I buy a whole new system. The trane unit is only 5 years old. so I called CJ's for a second opinion they sent over Enmanuel and he trouble shoot the system and found only a bad contact right away and explained everything to me and got the unit running. Enmanuel is well trained and he is quite knowledgeable, would definitely recommend CJ's a/c

I called at 7:00 in the morning my heating system has failed they sent they sent rossano to my home and he stayed after 6:00 p.m. to finish my job. He explained to me all the things that had been neglected by the previous company and he fixed all of them. This company is thorough dependable it'll be my company for the future

I want to thank Michael from CJ’s heating and Air Conditioning. He came out today to fix my a/c. He was prompt and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed my a/c quickly and efficiently. This is my second time using this company and I’ve been pleased both times. They are affordable and knowledgable. The best I’ve come across. I would definitely recommend!
