You may see all these 5 star reviews elsewhere, but it doesn’t reflect their work. Red flags, and nothing but regrets working with Chris. Came to the house a gave me a quote. Shared his knowledge on waterproofing, which fairly aligned with other contractors/quotes that I got. Red flags that I should have considered more. Low quality materials are used. The sump pump that was used for my system has no battery backup. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would have went with Indiana Foundations. Im kicking myself for not going with a better product. They also routed the sump pump to drain outside to the side of the house, and they ran the laundry waste water to the sump pump they installed, when ORIGINALLY the old sump pump was routed to the main sewer line. We could not be any more pleased with C. King construction on our major waterproofing project. Chris is honest, respectful, and on time. His crew is nothing less, paid attention to detail, and they cleaned up nicely when the job was done. I’m a licensed professional engineer and without hesitation would highly recommend Chris and his crew to anyone considering waterproofing and foundation work.

We had terrible water leakage in our basement for years. Water came in at the base of the walls in multiple places. We thought it would be impossible to fix without tearing up the finished family room area. After hearing from a friend how Chris King fixed their leaking, similar to ours, we called Chris and we are so thankful we did. His plan had minimal drilling of our unfinished floor and they did a great job of keeping mess to a minimum. We can't say enough good things about this experience. Our entire basement has been dry since it was done in July.

Chris and team waterproofed my basement several years ago and I am just now getting around to review. Chris personally inspected the work once complete and we have had no issues in our basement since. Great company and quality work!
