The tech, Mike, did a great job. He knew immediately what was wrong. He was able to get here quickly and fixed the issue promptly. The only issue I had wasn’t with the tech, but with the price. We paid $269 for water to be drained from the heater and some stink bugs to be cleaned out of a pipe. There were no parts needed and the job only took a few minutes. I just don’t understand how it could cost so much. Otherwise, great and dependable service!

The technicians that came to my house were polite, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They did the required work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Very respectful of my property.

Our service man was Mike and he really knows what he’s doing. I appreciate his knowledge and work. I always breathe easy when I see Mike coming in my driveway if I’m needing service.

Great communication and solved and fixed our heater in under 30 minutes. Super grateful since we have a newborn and wanted to make sure everything was working properly.

Had a couple apprentices come out to service 2 heaters. Never properly serviced them. For one heater the said we need a single heating strip. Second said the other sparked so they didnt touch it, thats fine. A second guy came out yesterday and he was a stright up con man. Suddenly we needed 3 heating strips and a heating kit. The second heater needed replaced, okay safety i understand that. Suddenly we need central air and a heating pump. Each visist was way to quick. Had a second company S and L come out the next day. They not only took the time to check things out. S and L fixed the first heater and didnt try and get us to pay a bunch of monet for things we didnt need.
