I wasn't having a problem with my heater.I just wanted to have it cleaned. But I was told that I needed two parts that cost a thousand dollars. I kind of feel like i'm caught between being taken care of and being taken advantage of. While the workers were nice, and they usually are they kind of scared me with "well if you don't fix it, you could have an explosion" "or it could last another year, all heaters are different". I think that's the part that makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. I generally don't fall for this type of fear mongering, but when they tell you, you could have an explosion, what are you supposed to do. One man, the owner told me that he did bend the igniters the last time he cleaned it and they were causing divots in the fuel jets, I believe thats what he calle

I would like to thank Zack and Bill for their excellent service. I thought it was time for a new heater (30 years old)but Zack insisted on upgrading my heater with present technology parts. We have been using C & L Fuel for 2 years. We switched from another “bigger” name company who we felt like was over charging and under performing. From day 1 with C&L we noticed a huge difference. Their honesty, integrity and customer focused attitude won us over. Yesterday, we woke up with no heat at 4 am. It was 4 degrees outside and 50 degrees and dropping inside. We called the 24 hour service and had someone at our house by 5:45 am and the heat back on by 6:30 am. All done without a complaint. Thank you C&L for your customer service, honesty and best value!

We’ve used C&L a few times now for oil and service. They’re super responsive and knowledgeable. We lost heat over night and they were out first thing in the morning to fix the issue. We will definitely be recommending and continuing to use them.

The gentleman at c and l fuel for nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond in a time of need that the company that I had a contract with did not and could not and ignored me when I advised a problem with the machine. My heating system went down during the middle of the night in the early morning I called my company a day before that I had a contract with to explain to them I was experiencing problems and I believe that a part was about to go to which it happened. The company I had contract with came out to basically tell me that my pipes were frozen when it had nothing to do with my pipes for my heating it had to do with the engine he kept focusing on the wrong problem which would ended up being no problem at all to then go back to referring to my original problem I told them a
