Not sure who these "local experts" are that gave bad reviews, but I can say without a doubt that they were fantastic. They showed up when they said to quote, do the job, finish off last minute additions we did and worked along the way to sort details. Rescued us from a previous hack contractor that left a bit of a mess to work around too. The entire team were very courteous and professional. I would certainly use them again.
Used them for a foundation. Came when they said they were going to and the job was spot on. Walls measured out completely level with no shimming required. Highly recommend them.
