We had an emergency late at night with a pressure valve to our expansion tank. Brian was very fast to call us back and walk my husband through the steps to alleviate the immediate issue, buying us time until the next day. Brian sent a team out the next day, who were very professional, and who did a great job replacing our expansion tank. Since this was an emergency and nothing we planned for, HB was very understanding and accommodating on working with us regarding the bill. We are super grateful for the work, the prompt communication and for fitting us into their schedule without any notice.

I had HB Install a rooftop solar array on our house and Liam who helped us initially was very nice and helpful but after we were handed off to the team doing it i felt team doing it was a big let down. Communication was very poor throughout the entire project and ended up with a huge surprise charge from the power company that HB knew about for months and neglected to tell us (despite being in the contract they were supposed to). I reached out to GMP for some billing questions and they stated they forwarded all of this info to HB and never shared it with me. I was planning on moving all of other services to HB as well as future projects but I will find another provider at this point Edit: Updating my review to a 4/5 for now. Being newbies from northern Arizona to Chester, we looked for people that could work on our plumbing, electricity, etc., and had a hard time so we looked to HB. They ended up being a complete godsend. The largest example of this was the last time they were here when they went above and beyond. Our pipes burst underneath the house and we couldn’t use our laundry. Sure enough they came right out and worked on it for three maybe four days until the issue was fixed. The owner even contacted me to check-in on us. In a place where you need to count on reliability, they are the people to go to. We truly appreciate them.

Highly recommend these guys! I used them for both of my heat pumps I put in to my 2 houses. They are super professional and do a great job. If you have any issues they fix right away also. Special shoutout to Brian whose been amazing for every installation and responding to any issues!
