I noticed my septic tank was overfilled and needed to be pumped as soon as possible. I called C.M. Kristman first thing in the morning. The office staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They connected me with a Tech that went over my issues. C.M. Kristman arrived at my house a few hours later and had it all pumped out within 30 minutes. I recommend their service for sure! Thanks!

UPDATE: Issue has been resolved, thanks to Ferdinand. I'm updating this post from a 1 star to 3 stars for Ferdinand because he did what was originally requested. The missing 2 stars is for the horrible treatment my sister experienced from this company's front desk clerk. I still think her attitude and rudeness towards customers was unacceptable and unnecessary. ORIGINAL POST: If I can give 0 stars, I will! This is a horrible company. They allowed their employee to harass and be rude to their customer. No confirmation on the date of service, no follow-up with scheduling, zero communication, failed to prove they did the service, and whoever picked up that phone was horrible. That lady was rude to their customer, absolutely horrible customer service. She's the kind that intimidates customers

CM Kristman designed and installed (pending) a new septic system (holding tank) Elisa Kristman was amazing. She was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. So much that after our initial phone conversation she agreed to have a conference call ( after hours) with my sisters to explain how the process worked and possible scenarios. We were selling our parents house that had failed the buyers septic inspection. The system was still viable but was showing it's age - the cesspool was acting as a holding tank but the drain field was operational.
