Fantastic experience! We had our upstairs carpets, including 4 bedrooms, and the full basement done. They were quick to come do a free estimate on overall cost with samples available and when it came time for the work to be done they had it complete in about 4 hours. Very professional, installing team was definitely skilled, and reasonably priced compared to 2 other companies we got quotes from. Highly recommend and will use again for future flooring needs.

I was referred to Joe from C & R Carpet and Rugs from a friend. Our basement had just flooded and all of the carpet had to be replaced. I met with Joe who was easy to contact and even gave me his cell phone number so that we could communicate via text, which was more convenient for me. Joe walked me through all carpet options that were comparable to what I had. He then recommended me to replace the carpet with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planks) to prevent having to replace flooring again if water were to impact the basement. Joe recommended an entry level plank but we opted to go with something at a higher level just because of the look. Joe was very accommodating in allowing me to take multiple samples home through the process to share with my wife to make sure we picked the correct color fl
