I have a used 2005 BMW and I needed to have back up keys made. Mike was able to get the keys made and programed for me without having to deal with a dealer. A dealer would have charged me a lot more money. I would definitely recommend Mike and C R Locksmith if you need Bimmer or any other keys made!

The helper over the phone was great, service was very disappointing. I was told I would have someone out to my home in roughly 30 minutes. I waited about 2 hours before someone showed up, I called the person about 2 times and everytime he estimated "only 20-30 minutes away". That and they damaged my door frame when he was drilling out my lock. Only good thing is that they were the only ones open late.

Next block over from this place with my keys left in an older car that would have taken less than 5mins to complete and he wantsd to charge $98, I declined. HAHAHAHA, I used a power cord and unlocked it. Lol $98?! Hope the federal reserve prints another 5 trillion this year to make your USD worth even less you rip off.

Came to my house, introduced himself and was very skilled less than a minute had my bedroom door unlocked. I will definitely recommend him to my friends!
