I have an ancient building that needed roof work done to it, I had seen ads on Facebook for a spray on roof coating that I would hope would solve my leak issues. I made an appointment with Tim who came out and gave me an assessment of my roof. The 120 plus year old roof was simply worn out and a simple spray coat would not suffice. What he did do was a complete inspection and got back with with an estimate of a tear off and total replacement of the old roof. I was tired of playing whack-a-mole and fixing leaks as they appeared for years and decided to have them do the work. I guess when you're good you're really busy and it took about 7 weeks from the time I sent my deposit in till the time they were able to do the work. It was well worth the wait. Rob and his crew did a great job on my roof! My attic was experiencing super heating with temperatures in my attic causing very high and uncomfortable heat inside my home. After restoration and the added new vents I now have a "cool" roof and the temperatures in my attic are at or below outside temps. Looking forward to my AC not having to run all day this summer!
