THE FURNACE GUY

I have been using Mark The Furnace Guy for the past few years now. He's a local small business owner. Very knowledgeable and likeable guy. He is very reasonably priced as well! My AC stopped cooling yesterday around 5:00 yesterday. I got in touch with Mark and he contacted me within an hour and said he was doing a service call on Lincoln Highway and could come check it out after that service call. Mark called me an hour later and said he would be here in about 3 minutes he was on his way. When he got here, he went over the Outside Bryant Unit and found a bad capacitor. We care for my 88 year old mom in her home that she and my dad have shared for over 50 years. When the temperature dropped, the house got cold pretty quickly and my mom gets chilled easily. I called around and had a hard time finding anyone that had the knowledge or desire to work on this original furnace. In fact some rudely told me we just needed to replace it. Mark came out today (Saturday at 3:00) to install our Ecobee thermostat. He was timely, efficient, very personable and affordable. He not only installed it, but explained to us how to use it. He also talked about how to make our system more efficient. Mark is very experienced and took time to explain some things about our AC, hot water heater maintenance and duct cleaning. We were so impressed that we signed on for a 3 year maintenance plan! We highly recommend the FURNACE GUY!
