Chuck and the guys did a great job switching out our old hvac unit and installing a new one. WE have been using these guys for years and have always been glad to have them on our team. It's a pleasure to highly recommend C&S Air.

We were referred to them by our original AC guy. They told us it would be 2 weeks and then 2 days after our initial call, they showed up unannounced right before 5pm. They said they would take a look and return the following morning to fix it. They no showed, no called. My brother followed up the same day and they did not respond. He then called the following Monday and they told him, "We won't be able to get there for a couple of weeks, call someone else." I understand there are months that are overwhelming for AC guys but their lack of consistency and communication wasn't professional. Came out on a Sunday! Went above and beyond to make sure our air came back on and our dog was comfortable! Super professional and excellent customer service! We will be using C&S for all of our air conditioning maintenance from now on!!!

My A/C had a blown capacitor. Chuck came out later than usual work hours and fixed it. He is knowledgeable knew what the problem was right away. He did not have a certain part on hand but installed a temporary one to get me going through the night. He came back the next day and installed the right part. Would recommend C&S Air for HVAC repair.
