This company has failed to repair damage to our home. This company was hired by Ron Spence of Spence Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC to complete a repair on our home that the landscape company perpetrated. According to Ron, the repair work has been paid in full. CS Exteriors has failed to return phone calls to both my husband and myself following up regarding the repair work being completed. The timeline below details the follow up attempts that have been made by my husband and myself in attempt to get the repairs completed. - November 24, 2020 - Ron indicated that CS Exteriors had been contacted and would be reaching out to fix the siding. - December 4, 2020 - We followed up with Ron due to not hearing anything from CS Exteriors. Phone number listed on google doesn't work. I ended up getting a different number for them and the vm was just the standard "you've reached this number leave a message" so I wasn't even sure I had the right place.

NEED A GOOD NUMBER AND A RECEPTIONIST. JUST UNACCEPTABLE TO CALL YOURSELF A BUSSINESS AND ON ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

We were having trouble finding the right siding to replace some broken pieces on our house and these people not only had what we needed, but were also extremely helpful and nice! Thank you!!
