Wow what a difference 4 years makes in quality of employees! Last time our septic was pumped they located the lid and were very helpful. Fastwolward to today, some guy who works for them gets to my house, doesn’t knock, tells my wife he’s been waiting for ever (we have ring cameras that prove he never knocked and was only waiting maybe 5 min). Then this person who’s about as useful as the contents of your septic system. After complaining about his 5 minute wait (for a service the was 20min early too). He tells my wife (currently 9months pregnant) they he is “not digging a hole”. Ok C&S, you have 2 jobs; digging holes and pumping poop. I could not be more disgusted with their employees work ethics. I everyone calls someone sales after reading this!

I thought I had dug the space but it turned out I didn't. So chris said he would come back that day or the next. He called and said he couldn't come back till next Tuesday. Next Tuesday he called and said his truck broke down so he would have to let me know. Wanting to give him the business I waited another week until he could come out. He was supposed to come at 11. He showed up before 8 am without confirming.I had things he needed to show me so that took me away from my work meeting . When I said to pump it, he came bagging on my door to ask if he's pumping it, I confirmed yes. I mentioned to him that I'm busy and he wasn't supposed to be here till 11am he started yelling at me! At this point I told him I would go with someone else.

Chris was very pleasant to talk with and grateful he was available to come provide his service. Will definitely recommend and be using him for future septic needs. Thank you C&S Septic!

Couldn’t help me with my issue, not their line of work. Very knowledgeable and took the time to help point me in the right direction of someone who could help. I will definitely use them for my next pump, as other companies I’ve found not to be as professional or knowledgeable. Their response time was fast, even on Sunday morning. Thanks again!

Chris provides great service. He is always on time and takes care of your septic needs. Will be definitely calling him again in a few years.
