We have been with C2C since they began over 10 years ago and have always been so very happy with their service and work! They do our lawn care throughout the summer season and then our snow removal in the winter, and this winter has been brutal. We are in our 70's and Steve and his crew have always been so responsive and able to do the extras to ensure we are safe. We highly recommend C2C to anyone looking for lawn and snow care.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The storm ended around 9:00 am, and by 6:30 pm, I hadn't seen anyone come to clear the driveway, so I reached out via text and Facebook Messenger, but I received no response. After following up again at 9:30 pm and then at 8:30 am the next day, I finally received a phone call apologizing for the oversight, and they promised to send out a truck with sand. However, by that point, the driveway was frozen solid and could not be shoveled. At noon, I checked in again, and they assured me that a truck would come in the afternoon. I recently started using this company and the Ct crew that takes care of my lawn does fantastic work. They are approachable and do the job in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend!

Excellent work, super lawn care and best edging my lawn has ever had, very reasonable cost. The customer service is awesome, very responsive and helpful and flexible scheduling and payments. Best lawn pro to work with hands down!

I hired C2C to do snow removal at three properties. The first storm this year they abandoned us and did not show up. We were promised 2 visits per storm...one during and one after. We called multiple times and were told they would be there in a few hours each time. It had stopped snowing for 4 hours and still no visit. I would not recommend this company, they make promises and don't deliver.
