C3 did an incredible job with my smoke remediation after the Eaton Fire. I live in North Pasadena and had lots of soot and ash inside, and a smoke smell throughout. Nathan and his team were amazing from beginning to end. I really appreciated their great communication, clear scope of work, and straightforward quote. And their cleaning was incredibly thorough and efficient. Also they performed various clearance tests after they were done to ensure everything was cleaned properly (air tests for asbestos, lead, and heavy metals, surface tests for soot and ash). One of the most important things for me when hiring someone to do work on my home or vehicle is trustworthiness. There are A LOT of stories out there right now about homeowners being quoted $25K plus for a cleaning. Now, while I do not doubt that in some cases, that's necessary, I also know of some properties that were not close to the fire and were being quoted this much.
