The service technicians will never just try to sell you on a new unit just to make a dollar, but rather fix or replace with options that best suit you. CA heating and air are absolutely the best. I've used other HVAC contractors they're all horrible compared to ca Heating and Air, John and Cody and Ron worked with me seamlessly to install a mini split in my man cave which works perfectly. Now I can really enjoy my cave they gave me an absolutely competitive price I'm ecstatic bravo bravo to c a heating and air I would recommend them to anyone in the area they are the best

Obscene repair bill for a 3 yr old Trane system they recommended and sold to me as reliable (not true} and relatively quiet (not true). No complaints about the technicians. Office/service dept personnel lacking. Gave me a labor discount only after much compaining. Told me Trane would not help out with labor costs (not true). Aggressively demanding payment before the tech was barely out of the neighborhood and before the house even cooled down. Person demanding payment would talk over me so I couldn't even talk until I lost it with her. No communication since. You can do much better elsewhere.

They are very professional and courteous to my residents. They are on time and let you know in advance they are on the way. A great Heating and Air company. The office staff is very professional and very attune to the customer requests. This review is for the old Autumn Chase Apartments which was recently purchased and managed by Harbor34 Residential. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I contacted C/A after having issues with a different company in regards to fixing our furnace. The office was very knowledgeable and personable when I contacted them, helped me by looking up info pertaining to warranty info, setting up an appt, and giving me pertinent info about the company and products. They were able to get me in the following day, which was fantastic as we'd been without whole house hear for over 4 weeks. Mike came out the next day and was very thorough in his assessment and what is needed, provided digit media (pics/video) of the issue and how it was going to get fixed. He called the office in my presence to where parts were ordered and what the time frame would be in receiving them and getting back to fix our furnace. I have an appt scheduled for the repair tomorrow w
