My family had the pleasure of working with Eugene to design our cabinets and we also paid extra to have them assembled and installed. ALL facets of our experience with Cabinet City were flawless. Would totally recommend Eugene and Cabinet City to any friend or family member. Pro tip, installation is not cheap but installation includes ASSEMBLY and it took the installation crew 8 hours to achieve my perfect installation. Pay for installation.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets and all bathroom vanities for my house in 2020. All I can say is the quality of their innocraft brand is outstanding. Easy to clean and have held up very well with no issues. Alvin helped me make my purchase and is always there to help. Thank you Cabinet City!

This place was recommended to me by an acquaintance that had their kitchen cabinets done several years ago because of the great pricing, customer service, and exceptional install. I will say that they offered very good pricing because I shopped around with several vendors and this was by far the most affordable and they were able to get me onto the install schedule relatively quickly. However, that's where my positive experience stopped. The sales associate (Marcus, whom other reviews have mentioned) quit or was fired midway through my installation process. I emailed to ask a question about an error and got a bounce back email followed by a call from another associate saying that Marcus "no longer works there". This place is the best choice for RTA cabinetry. We were introduced to Lily for our design and purchasing, she was beyond helpful/creative and patient plus she delivers whats expected on time. The showroom is massive and top notch with the warehouse next door. Greg, Dave and Andy loaded up my truck with precision and care, cant believe how much fit! Looking forward to doing more projects in the future!

I LOVE CABINET CITY!! The best cabinets you can buy. I exclusively buy from Cabinet City for all my projects. They have a great selection of different styles and the cabinets are solid wood and great quality. Recently I’ve been using their “Luca” and “Bella” cabinets shown in pictures and they look spectacular. I work with Fiona and she is an absolute all-star. The reps are all very knowledgeable and really help with my layout and design. They make the process so easy. I just give them my dimensions and they provide the design with a full 3D rendering which helps me better visualize the layout and make any necessary changes. They also have a great selection of quartz countertops. It’s my one stop shop for all my cabinet needs. Highly recommend!!
