Communication issues and constant rescheduling made this a challenging process, but the quality of work seems good. We started in February and finished in April for a relatively small job. Phone calls go straight to voicemail, and there is no call back. Texts are ignored, and email responses took days. The owner is incredibly likable on the phone, but it can be a battle to get things done in the timeline stated. Always "unexpected" delays, technical issues with phones and email, and the Shirk brothers promise of "two weeks." On a side note, Kendall, who painted the cabinet boxes, and Brandon, who installed the doors and drawers, were polite, competent, and professional. Thank you Cabinet Craft Finishes for updating our cabinets so beautifully! Our kitchen cabinets were great quality before, just an ugly yellowish cream that clashed with everything. I couldn’t bear to replace them all just because I didn’t like the color but thankfully CCF was able to paint them to give them a fresh update that more matches our style. From the start, the company was fantastic with communication and keeping me updated on progress and timelines. Michael helped pick out colors that would go well with our existing flooring, backsplash and countertops. Nick oversaw our project and Malachi worked his tail off getting everything painted and installed for us before Christmas. We have about 2 kitchens worth of cabinets and the whole process took about 2 weeks from start to finish.
