Cabinet Crafters of Virginia

I would not recommend Cabinet Crafters of Virginia. I had to call them several times because the job was left incomplete, and no one ever came back to inspect the final product. It seems like they send someone out to do the work and then immediately move on to the next job, without any follow-up or quality check. Even after I called the owner directly, neither the person originally assigned to my job nor the owner ever came by or even called to ensure everything was completed properly or to my satisfaction. To this day, no one has inspected the work. Overall, the lack of accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing. I will never use them again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Cabinet Crafters of Virginia has designed, built, and installed our beautiful kitchen, china cabinet for the dining room and 2 vanities. It has been three years and I still walk down the stairs every morning and admire the kitchen. Thank you Cabinet Crafters of Virginia.

Cabinet Crafters did the upgrade/remodel of my 1978 kitchen. Maria and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. She came in and truly listened to what I wanted to accomplish. She provided guidance and suggestions without being pushy, and she explained everything along the way. She showed me different options and choices that I had, all the while staying within my budget. The cabinets arrived when scheduled and were professionally installed when scheduled. Maria came back out to check that everything was done as we had planned. She also touched base with me several weeks later to be sure everything was still to my liking. Cabinet Crafters did a complete kitchen remodel for us for and we could not be more pleased. Maria helped eliminate a design flaw in the old kitchen with a new and up to date layout that was radically different from the old one but super efficient and stylish and at great cabinet cost savings. Mike the owner helped steer the repair of a chipped new countertop that was removed , repaired, and reinstalled in just 24 hours . It is now in place and flawless . We had new cabinets installed by Cabinet Crafters when my wife and I updated our kitchen. We thought the quality of their work as shown in their showroom was well done. After our cabinets were installed, they are painted white we were so pleased, but within 30-60 days we started noticing places where the paint finish was peeling and cracking. We called and Tom, the owner had someone from their shop come over to repair the places. We talked with Ed, who came over, about our concerns with the paint finish. He admitted that there was a batch of cabinets being painted and finished, during the time ours were being completed, where the finishing was not up to par.
