From the moment I walked into the store, Angela was ready to show me different cabinetry to address my needs for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. As a senior aging in place, I was interested in pull-out drawers in the kitchen that allowed me to easily access pots and pans, and a small spice drawer. Extra pantry space in the kitchen and a linen closet in the bathroom made it possible to have everything within easy reach so that I did not need a ladder to reach any top shelves. She was able to provide a CAD-design to help me visualize what the rooms would look like and Johnny was out a couple of days later to take exact measurements. I just want to say how amazing Jonny and staff are. They have great customer service and make sure you are happy. Jonny helped us design a new kitchen and features. Was honest with what he thought would be the best for the space and for maximum storage and functionality. We are so happy with our waypoint cabinets. We wanted a stained cabinet without a lot of grain or knots. The color is stunning. After installing a few tweaks needed to be done (and who came out was super helpful!) To align the doors but very easy and simple. I've already recommended Cabinets by design to multiple people! I am a big time P.I.T.A customer and they are amazing!

We love our kitchen and custom plan. Cabinets are solid wood and great quality.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We went there almost in a panic because Home Depot never delivered our "in stock" cabinets and gave us a horrible run around for weeks. John could not have been nicer and delivered the cabinets in less than one week! Then, when we realized two cabinets would not fit due to Home Depot's incorrect measurements, he exchanged them and had the replacements in a couple days. These cabinets are much better quality than the ones at Home Depot. I wish we had gone there from the beginning. THANK YOU!!!
