I ordered tile, waited two weeks, and went to check the status of my order. Apparently, it had been cancelled without any notification, and they took my money anyway. It took several rude responses from someone named Ethan before I finally got a refund. I was accused of giving them the wrong order number, only, I never supplied them with one. Absolutely terrible customer service, and terrible experience. Never again.

Ordered over 60 sq ft of laminate sheets. 10 -8 ft lengths of bull nose trim in Bianco Romano - a gallon of adhesive, caulking and 2 router bits. Got shipped within 7 days. Arrived in perfect condition. So glad we went this route. Installed ourselves and saved over $1600!. Recieved several email f/u inquiry to our satisfaction. If a person received defective items, talk to the shipping company. We recieved 2 large cylinder hard cardboard containers and had no issues at all.

Placed an order monday morning, 5 days later still not shipped... Unbelievable.
