Cabinets and Countertop Factory

My kitchen was done by Cabinets and Countertops Factory. I really liked the cabinet color and the overall finish. They also did the countertop, and everything came together nicely. The kitchen looks great, and I’m happy with how it turned out. I’ve worked on many kitchens with them before, but this one stood out, would recommend

I bought the cabinets last month and this is how they look after the installation is complete. I really love the way they look and I like the quality for the price.

I ordered my cabinets and were promised on January 14 and I paid for delivery. The day before I called to confirm time and They weren’t sure what time and then proceeded to state they didn’t know if they were ready. The next day I called again and was given a tentative date for January 16. Wasn’t until 3 pm that they stated they would be delivered at 8 pm. Proceeded to schedule the delivery for next day “first thing in the morning”. After multiple calls through the day and getting told they didn’t know what time they would deliver they came around 430 pm. When delivery finally arrived: I was missing 3 cabinets and one was not working properly. After multiple visits to the store my order wasn’t completed until February 8, with spice cabinet not working properly and 2 cabinets and 2 shelves

Zain communicated very well throughout the design installation delivery process. Will come back for next kitchen.
