BAD DECISION: About a month ago, I had these guys cut and install a quartz countertop. OVERALL my experience with the business was and still is horrible. Worst $2,500 that I have ever spent as a remodeler and homeowner. The owner himself conducted the initial measurements for the countertop and they were off. He also recommended and had the order placed for the joints of the countertop to be placed at the sink (weakest area). We quickly received the countertop and the unprofessional folks that the company contracts out to came to conduct their install. They decided to cut some of the countertop inside of our house for their convenience. This created unsafe breathing conditions for my wife and for my child, not to mention that she had to wipe stuff down and clean for over 2 hours. The

We just had RSI install a new granite countertop with a single stainless sink in our kitchen and it looks amazing. The measuring process was seamless.
