Hilary assisted me with my bathroom vanity cabinet purchase. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She provided great suggestions and offered points to consider in the design. Although I suffered a severe case of sticker shock upon purchase, I am satisfied with the quality of the cabinet. I did look at other businesses. CE had the best price for the cabinet I chose.

Cabinets Express has been great to work with on several of my companies projects. This is largely because of the work that Hailee at the Brighton location has put into our plans. Hailee has a great understanding of construction and design which makes the process of ordering our cabinet packages seamless.

Love these "we're sorry for your bad experience" responses from the company. Yeah, talk is cheap. Bad customer service is deserving of a billing credit/rebate. That's how I keep my customers happy. We can't be perfect but failures need to have consequences so everyone does a better job next time.
