Cabinets To Go

When I first went to see product the clerk was extremely helpful. Then my order was taken over by Brian Richards. He has been more than helpful in many ways. It has taken some time for our remodel/build but they have been very patient with my progress. I appreciate all that has been done with and for me. Marianne Romero

Our son is remodeling his first home. We got several quotes. Brian was exceptionally patient and understanding. We went through several revisions and have finally settled on and ordered his cabinets. Can't wait to receive them and get them installed.

We visited cabinets to go in August place to the order that day paid in full for cabinets and countertops. When the order came in, we were not instructed to contact the installer a for installation appointment which delayed us two weeks due to misinformation from the designer. Once the cabinets were installed, one of the lower cabinets was measured incorrectly and had to be re-ordered delaying the measurement of the countertop. The installer was kind enough to come on a Sunday to install the re-ordered cabinet. When we tried to schedule the countertop template measurement, the sink that we had ordered originally is nowhere to be found which we did also pay for on the day of the order therefore delaying the installation and measurement of the countertop. Landon is absolutely the best. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and had to redo it all. We were pretty overwhelmed and he helped us figure it out and come in under budget.

Unfortunately, i having to write this. The team had a number of delays and missed timelines. Brian has made numerous promises and has failed to deliver on any of them with multiple excuses. I would highly recommend not working with this firm due to deliver, install, and product. So, let's add some notes. The corporate office cannot solve any problems, have zero idea who their store managers/regional managers are, and cannot conference/transfer any call. I am waiting for customer service to file a complaint on my behalf. Buyer beware!!!!
